Ms. Ronyce Williams, Founder, Owner, and Director of Cozy Cub Academy, is deeply passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and dependable environment for young children during their most important developmental years. As a mother of two, she understands firsthand the trust families place in childcare providers and the peace of mind parents need when leaving their children in someone else’s care. Her approach to early childhood education focuses on nurturing the whole child—emotionally, socially, and developmentally—through consistent routines, positive guidance, and genuine care. Ms. Williams believes that when children feel safe, loved, and supported, they are better able to explore, learn, and grow with confidence.

Looking ahead, Ms. Williams envisions Cozy Cub Academy becoming a trusted and well-respected childcare program within the White Plains community and beyond. Her long-term goals include strengthening enrollment, expanding services, and potentially growing into additional locations while maintaining the warm, home-like atmosphere that defines the academy.
